Sale Hockey club is one of the most firmly established and sociable clubs in the North West region. Founded in 1889 it sports 3 womens teams, three mens teams and a fast developing colts section. In November 2006 we were awarded the prestigious Clubmark accreditation, ensuring that our club has a high standards of provision and is "safe and child friendly".
Sale Ladies Hockey club is fast expanding, having just completed one of their most successful seasons to date; following their 1st XI Promition into the North Feeder league and succesive victory at the North Women’s Club Tournament earning them the title of:

‘Champions of the North’
The club is entering a third women’s team into the Chehire Womens Hockey League to provide greater opportunities for players wishing to play at a competive level.
Of course it's not just about playing matches, the friendly atmosphere and hyperactive social events also offers you a chance to meet loads of new people!
We are always looking for new players. So whether you are new to the sport or wish to return to the sport why don't you come along and join us!
