Sale has over 120 junior members. In 2017, the club will field the following junior teams:
Under 9s in South Manchester Junior Cricket League (SMJCL) - Sale Squirrels and Sale Badgers - playing incrediball, pairs cricket
Under 10s in the SMJCL (hard ball, pairs cricket)
Under 11s in the SMJCL
Under 12s in the SMJCL
Under 13s in the SMJCL
Under 14s - various fixtures
Under 16s - various fixtures
Under 18s in the SMJCL
Junior nets and practice
Pre-season training takes place on Sundays at Sale High School (Croft Road entrance) from 22 January until 26 March 2017
- 3-4pm - Under 9s & Under 10s (school years 3-5)
- 4-5pm - Under 11s & Under 13s (school years 6-8)
Boys in the U14 & 16 squads (school years 9-11) can also join senior net practice - on Mondays until the end of March at 9-10pm at Chorlton High School.
Outdoor practice will start on Monday 24 April at Sale's ground on Clarendon Crescent. 5-6pm for girls; 6-7.30 for under 9s; 6-8pm for other ages.

Sale CC has a team of volunteer junior coaches with ECB Level 2 qualifications and can draw on the expertise of Sale Sports Club's Coaching and Development Officer, Mike Sambell, as well as coaches from the Cheshire Cricket Board.
The full junior membership fee for 2017 is £95, covering all matches, training, club shirt and Sale Sports Club membership. The fee for boys in school year 2 is £65 recognising that they will have fewer opportunities to play matches. Girls membership is also £65. All fees for 2017 will be confirmed shortly.
Families with more than one junior member receive a £10 reduction for second child, £20 reduction for third child, etc. Please complete an online membership form and payment here. If this is not possible you can complete a paper membership application (see below - completed forms, with payment should be given to Mike Sambell at the club).
